Sassiya Aoun started up her own project in the confectionery industry after completing her training and acquiring the necessary practical experience.
When she turned to Skills to Succeed for help, Sassiya was granted financial assistance and a technical support, which allowed her to set up her project in Dhehiba.
This project is the first of its kind in the region.
It provides a permanent livelihood for her and her family, and satisfies local demand for cakes and pastries.
