Traditional food is an important part of the culture of Tataouine.
Rim Othman and Salwa Hrizi formed a special partnership and invested in a catering business.
They were the first to establish a project of traditional food catering under the name of "Tataouine Gourmet".
As soon as they received financial support, appropriate trainings, and coaching from Skills to Succeed, Rim and Salwa sought to introduce their products through this project.
This allowed them to provide catering services during conferences and other local events.
Thus, they have contributed in preserving local traditional dishes, guaranteeing them a permanent subsistence.
