The Skills to Succeed Organization provided a group of craftsmen with the financial support they needed as well as a series of training programs and accompanied them during the different steps of project implementation.
The first outcome of these joint efforts was creating a Social Enterprise and a trademark called "Ragma", a group of local artisans producing a well-produced handmade product.
Ragma contributed to reviving the cultural heritage of the region and became recognized at a national level.
