The vocational training program was designed to respond to the increasing market demand in terms of market- oriented specialties. Accordingly, Skills to Succeed training programs have been thoroughly tailored to meet job market needs with regard to skilled workers.

We managed to deliver training programs that meet international standards and bring in up-to-date technology to Tataouine. Additionally, to ensure sustainability, we equipped the Institute of Technology Studies (ISET) with an Instrumentation Lab and Tataouine Vocational Training Center with a welding/pipefitting workshop and a gypsum Lab.

In addition, a smooth technical and pedagogical handing over program took place in a close collaboration with the Tunisian Agency for Vocational Training, the Ministry of Higher Education, and the Ministry of Vocational Training & Employment.

More than 160 youth benefited from Skills to Succeed training programs, most of them got internships with the most prominent companies in Tunisia. This was the outcome of putting in place a strategic marketing scheme in order to map all potential companies that might hire Skills to Succeed graduates.
